AmeriCorps

Become an AmeriCorps Cultural Technology Intern. Are you an undergraduate or graduate media arts student who is also interested in art, history, or science? Would you like to pursue a career in New Mexico’s expanding cultural industry? If so, there is a unique new service learning program that might be perfect for you. Beginning fall semester 2010, museum exhibits and websites in New Mexico will become a whole lot more lively thanks to $190,000 in federal AmeriCorps funding granted to the Cultural Technology Internship Program proposed by the Media Arts Program New Mexico Highlands University (NMHU) in partnership with the New Mexico Department of Cultural Affairs (DCA). Please contact Lauren Addario at laurenadd@gmail.com for more information.
